Since 1904 we produce “home made” high quality extra virgin olive oil. We care about every simple detail that you can enjoy a natural product of supreme quality & taste.
With respect to our tradition & by foreseeing the market demands, we invest in technology, and we maintain a modern factory . Our factory spans over 4.000,00 m2 of privately owned land, located in Androussa Messinias, 20kms from Kalamata, in the Southern part of mainland Greece. The production method, the region and the varietal blend of olive cultivars (Koroneiki) result to an olive oil of fruity and rather spicy flavor and subtle aroma.

INGREDIENTS:
1 glass soft flour 1 glass of water ½ teaspoon salta messiniako Raw Extra Virgin Olive Oil for the Frying Honey Cinnamon Walnuts
PREPARATION:
In a bowl we mix all the ingredients until they form a thick paste. In a frying pan we heat the olive oil and add few spoons of our paste.
Fry them on both sidesRemove and place on an absorbant paper until strain.
Then put them on a platter and sprinkle them with walnut crumbs and cinnamon.
Pour over with honey. Eat them warm
